Emily Filloramo was born in Taiwan and came to the US at the age of 9. Her Father’s government jobs transferred to the US and they family moved to LA. Eventually they moved to NY. Her Father was the only one in the family that knew English, so it took about of year of being immersed in the public schools to learn enough English to connect and build friendships.
She went to college at Cornell University and then spend 27 years working as a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep. Just before she was ready to retire, she was laid off with no warning. This event change Emily’s life forever, and she is here today to share her story of finding her passion.
